Play chess together
Choose one of four formats and start without registering. Bots fill empty seats, so you do not need to gather everyone at the same time.
Four ways to play
2v2: four players share one board. Teammates alternate moves with the same colour.
Bughouse: four players use two boards. Captured pieces go to your teammate’s reserve on the other board. Partners play opposite colours.
Crazyhouse 1v1: captures become your own reserve. On your turn, drop a reserve piece instead of making a regular move.
Crazyhouse 2v2: teammates share a reserve and alternate turns on one board. This is Kaissa’s team variant, not Bughouse.
Invite friends or start with bots
Quick play opens a prepared table. In the lobby, wait for friends or choose the clock and teams. Share a table link or a six-character code.

Ratings and replays
Each mode has its own Elo. Games involving guests and games against bots only are training games and do not affect public ratings.
The archive shows both teams, the result, its reason and rating changes. Replays include moves, reserves and both boards in Bughouse.
